Open the ticket in the app and use Request refund, or Cancel RSVP for a free event. That works up to the refund deadline the organizer set, which is shown on the event. After it, contact the organizer. If the event is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full automatically.

Use the report option on the post, reply or event. Reports are anonymous and we review them.
Open their profile and tap the button at the top right, then Block. You stop seeing each other entirely and they cannot reach your notifications. Settings, then Blocked accounts, undoes it.
Settings, then My account, then Delete account. It removes your profile and your content.
